Mourning the loss of our friend and teammate, Paul Zinda

With deep sadness and a heavy heart, we regret to inform you of the passing of Paul Zinda yesterday, December 8th, 2022. I cannot express enough the pain felt throughout the entire Network Zen family. Especially for our East coast team, of which Paul has been the cornerstone.

In his years at Network Zen, Paul has been a shining example of dedication and passion for promoting, designing, and supporting wireless solutions for our clients. His hard work was infectious to our team, and he always gave us a goal to shoot for. Whenever anyone had a question about wireless, they always knew they could count on Paul. His door was always open, and he quickly dropped whatever he was doing to help guide our team. Paul was always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done and, I’m sure our staff would agree, he was the best of us.

Behind the years of experience, an intimidating resume, and a long list of accomplishments and certifications, Paul was a great guy. I had the honor of working with him for two years at Network Zen and many years in different capacities before that. But it wasn’t until earlier this year that I truly got to know him. He was in town for a project, and we seized the opportunity to spend time together and get to know one another on a more personal level. It was then that I learned how amazing this man was. Over the course of one dinner, he spoke about his career, family, and time in Korea, where he learned to appreciate and honor different cultures and customs. So much so that he adopted into his family from overseas. His heart was so big that it overflowed, and he filled his home with those in need of that love.

Paul is survived by his wife and children, and we join them today and onward in honoring his memory.

Every Network Zen employee, from engineering, to technicians, sales, and operations, will perform at our absolute best because that’s what Paul would do. His infinite knowledge is lost forever, but the spark he has imbedded in Network Zen will burn eternal as his influence will continue to reflect in every wireless design and implementation we process from this day to the last.

If we know Paul, heaven will have a more optimal design submitted by the end of the week. We will all miss you, my friend!

With deep condolences,
